We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a simple and transparent return policy.
Returns
You can return your item within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Item must be in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you.
If approved:
- Refund will be issued within 3–7 business days
- Refund is sent to your original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Custom-made or made-to-order decals
- Used, damaged, or improperly installed items
- Items returned after 14 days
Installation Responsibility
All vinyl decals require proper installation.
We strongly recommend using the wet application method for best results.
We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours after delivery
- Include photos of the issue
We will resolve it quickly.
